Seeking Head - Network Operations (2-4 Yrs) for a MNC

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head - Network Operations to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our robust network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across all our leisure and recreation facilities in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and leadership potential, with a M.Tech degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and security systems.

Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability.

Develop and implement network security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats.

Manage network hardware and software, including installations, configurations, and upgrades.

Respond to network incidents and outages, providing timely resolution and post-incident analysis.

Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to plan and execute network projects.

Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
