Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities, including order processing, delivery logistics, and customer support.

Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., tech, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless operations.

Implement and refine operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Support the development and execution of operational strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Handle escalated operational issues and provide timely resolutions.

Contribute to data analysis and reporting on operational performance.
