Role Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Head - QA with 2-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our fantasy sports platform, contributing to a seamless user experience. You will be instrumental in developing and executing QA strategies to identify and resolve defects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing features.
- Execute manual and automated testing to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on usability.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that bug fixes do not introduce new issues.
- Document test results, create bug reports, and track defects through resolution.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Analyze user feedback and application behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the overall quality and performance of the platform meets high standards.
