Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures specific to the hospitality industry.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of hotel operations, including F&B, housekeeping, front office, and maintenance, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Train and guide hotel staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting trends and recommendations.
