Seeking Head - Shared Services (1-3 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Head - Shared Services with 1-3 years of experience, holding an MCA degree, to join our MNC in the Iron & Steel industry based in Nagpur. This role is crucial for overseeing and optimizing the shared services functions, ensuring efficient delivery of services across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of shared services functions, including IT support, HR administration, and finance operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of shared services.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide appropriate support.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and technology adoption.
