Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and analytical High Performance Analyst with 3-4 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to strategic decision-making within the banking operations. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to banking and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across various banking functions, including retail, corporate, and digital banking.
Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies impacting performance.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Conduct legal research and analysis related to banking regulations, compliance, and risk management to ensure adherence to laws and policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement strategies and initiatives.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance status and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, operations, and IT, to achieve performance goals.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.
