Seeking Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor (1-2 Yrs) for a MNC

We are seeking a motivated and organized Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations at our Surat facility. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree, looking to contribute to a dynamic MNC environment.

Role Summary: The Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall maintenance of the company premises, including offices, common areas, and washrooms. This position requires effective team management, inventory control, and adherence to hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Inspect premises to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are met.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Train new housekeeping staff on procedures, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Address any housekeeping-related issues or complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and staff performance.
- Coordinate with other departments for special cleaning requirements.
