Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and have a foundational understanding of HR principles and business operations within a large-scale corporate environment. This role will involve supporting HR business partners in delivering strategic HR solutions and contributing to various HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Business Partners in the implementation of HR strategies and programs.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Analyze HR data and generate reports to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and execution of talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Stay updated with relevant labor laws and compliance requirements in India.
