Seeking HVAC Supervisor (3-5 Yrs) for a Corporate Office

Role Summary: We are looking for a skilled HVAC Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience and a B.Des degree to manage and maintain the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at our corporate office in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and a comfortable working environment for our employees, aligning with the premium standards of the Gems & Jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units, cooling towers, and ventilation equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure system longevity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, performing necessary repairs or coordinating with external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards related to HVAC operations.
• Monitor energy consumption of HVAC systems and propose measures for optimization and cost reduction.
• Manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and ensuring efficient task completion.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team and other departments to address building comfort requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
• Utilize design principles and aesthetics (B.Des) to ensure HVAC installations and aesthetics complement the corporate environment.
