Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our corporate services team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Arts degree and possess a strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations relevant to India and global mobility. You will be responsible for managing and facilitating immigration-related services for our corporate clients and their employees, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition for individuals relocating or traveling internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end immigration processes for corporate clients, including visa applications, work permits, residency permits, and other necessary documentation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and employees on immigration laws, policies, and procedures for various countries.
- Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and consulates to ensure timely processing of applications and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all immigration cases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Stay abreast of changes in immigration legislation and policy in key jurisdictions and communicate these updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation of immigration documentation and support materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Legal) and external vendors to facilitate seamless immigration services.
- Conduct research on immigration requirements for new or evolving international assignments.
