Seeking Import & Export - Other (2-4 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a B.Des degree and 2-4 years of experience in import/export operations to join our team in Noida. This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our international trade activities within the leather goods sector. The ideal candidate will possess a creative understanding of product aesthetics and market trends, coupled with strong logistical and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage all import and export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Monitor international trade regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies.
- Liaise with overseas suppliers and customers to resolve any shipping or documentation issues.
- Assist in the negotiation of shipping rates and service agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.
- Collaborate with the design and product development teams to understand material sourcing requirements and aesthetic specifications for imported goods.
- Contribute to market research on international fashion trends relevant to leather products.
