Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for individuals who have completed their 12th grade and are eager to learn and contribute to optimizing our logistics operations. You will assist in analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in collecting and analyzing operational data (e.g., delivery times, package volumes, route efficiency).
Support the implementation of process improvements and operational changes.
Help in identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the warehouse and delivery network.
Participate in site visits and process observations to gather information.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations on operational performance and recommendations.
Learn and apply basic industrial engineering principles to practical logistics challenges.
Collaborate with operations staff to understand daily challenges and opportunities.
