Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Interaction Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Coimbatore. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our digital products, focusing on intuitive and engaging interfaces for our leather-related platforms and customer touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone with a strong portfolio and a passion for design, who doesn't necessarily have a post-graduate degree but possesses the requisite skills and drive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation processes for new features and products.
