Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Asset Management professional with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our corporate team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring compliance, and optimizing asset utilization within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of IT asset management best practices and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage the complete lifecycle of all IT assets (hardware, software, licenses) from procurement to disposal.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of IT assets using asset management tools.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and hardware standards.
- Conduct regular audits of IT assets to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Support procurement processes by providing asset data and recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and procurement teams to streamline asset management processes.
- Develop and maintain IT asset management policies and procedures.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for IT asset expenditures.
