Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Network - Other professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a foundational understanding of IT network operations and support within a corporate environment. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth functioning of our network infrastructure, supporting daily operations, and contributing to IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of the company's IT network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
- Provide first-level support for network-related issues, troubleshooting connectivity problems, and resolving user complaints.
- Support the implementation of network upgrades, configurations, and installations under the guidance of senior IT staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network security best practices are followed.
- Assist in managing network performance, identifying potential bottlenecks, and recommending improvements.
- Participate in IT projects related to network expansion or new technology deployment.
- Ensure adherence to company IT policies and procedures.
