You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, focusing on sourcing and identifying potential IT candidates.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
* Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.

* Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategy discussions.
