Seeking IT Security Consultant (3-5 Yrs) for a MNC

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Security Consultant with 3-5 years of experience and a B.Com background to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and data within the water treatment and waste management sector. This role requires a strong understanding of IT security principles, risk assessment, and compliance, leveraging analytical skills developed through a Commerce education.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of IT infrastructure and applications.

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.

Monitor security alerts and incidents, and respond to security breaches.

Assist in the implementation and management of security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and antivirus solutions.

Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.

Provide IT security awareness training to employees.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security into project lifecycles.

Support internal and external audits related to IT security.
