Seeking IT Support - Other (0-2 Yrs) for Zest Embedded Systems

Role Summary: Zest Embedded Systems is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support professional with 0-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Pune. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree who is eager to learn and contribute to the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure in the hardware and networking domain. You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, maintaining IT systems, and assisting with various IT-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in person.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.

Assist in the management of IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.

Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.

Document IT procedures, solutions, and user guides.

Support basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity.
