Role Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Japanese Teacher with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging Japanese language and cultural lessons to our employees, focusing on business communication and industry-specific terminology relevant to the railway sector. This role is crucial in fostering cross-cultural understanding and facilitating effective collaboration with our Japanese partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Japanese language curriculum tailored for adult learners in a professional setting.
- Conduct interactive classes covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and conversational Japanese.
- Create engaging lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools suitable for individuals with 2-4 years of prior learning experience.
- Focus on practical business Japanese, including common phrases, business etiquette, and communication strategies relevant to the railway industry.
- Organize and lead cultural awareness sessions to promote understanding of Japanese customs and business practices.
