We are looking for a diligent and organized individual to join our team as a Legal Entity Management Associate. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance and efficient management of our various legal entities. This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow in a corporate legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate records of all legal entities, including incorporation documents, board minutes, and statutory filings.
Support the preparation and filing of annual reports and other regulatory documents.
Help coordinate with external legal counsel and government agencies as needed.
Conduct basic research on relevant corporate laws and regulations.
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for legal entities.
Maintain and update the company's internal database for legal entity information.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses and permits.
