Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join our corporate legal team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of basic legal principles and a desire to learn and grow within the furniture and furnishing industry. You will provide essential support to the legal department, assisting with various legal tasks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role does not require a formal graduation degree but a keen aptitude for legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, contracts, and agreements under supervision.
Conduct basic legal research and analysis on various legal issues relevant to the company's operations.
Help in maintaining legal records, databases, and filing systems.
Support the legal team in litigation and dispute resolution processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant statutory requirements.
Liaise with external legal counsel and government agencies as needed.
Assist in the preparation of legal opinions and reports.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for the legal department.
