Seeking Legal Officer (1-3 Yrs) for a Corporate

Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Officer with 1-3 years of experience to join our corporate legal team in Vijayawada. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to aviation operations, procurement, and services.
- Conduct legal research and provide concise advice on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate law, contract law, and aviation-specific regulations.
- Support the legal department in ensuring compliance with Indian corporate laws, aviation regulations, and other applicable statutes.
- Manage and maintain legal records, case files, and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of legal opinions, memorandums, and reports.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders as required.
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulations and advise management on their impact.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution processes when necessary.
