Seeking Librarian (0-2 Yrs) for a Corporate

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Librarian to join our corporate library in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for an individual with a B.Des degree and 0-2 years of experience, eager to contribute to a dynamic aviation company. You will be responsible for managing and organizing our library resources, ensuring easy access to information for our employees, and supporting research and development activities. The ideal candidate will have a creative approach to information management and a keen eye for visual organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cataloging and classifying library materials using standard library science principles.
* Organizing and maintaining physical and digital collections, ensuring they are easily accessible.
* Assisting employees in locating and retrieving information, including research support.
* Implementing and managing library systems and databases.
* Developing and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and functional library space.
* Creating visually appealing displays and promotional materials for library services.
* Managing inter-library loans and document delivery services.
* Ensuring the security and preservation of library resources.
* Staying updated on new trends in library management and information science, particularly as they relate to design and user experience.
