We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Life Skills / ECA Teacher with 3-5 years of experience to join our esteemed MNC in Nasik. The ideal candidate will hold a Any Graduate degree and possess a passion for fostering holistic development in students through life skills and extracurricular activities. You will play a crucial role in designing and delivering engaging programs that enhance students' personal, social, emotional, and creative growth. This role requires a dedicated individual who can inspire and guide young minds, preparing them for future challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive life skills curriculum, focusing on areas such as communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.

Design and facilitate engaging extracurricular activities (ECAs) including clubs, workshops, and events that cater to diverse student interests and talents.

Assess student progress in life skills and ECAs, providing constructive feedback and support for individual development.

Collaborate with academic teachers, counselors, and parents to create a supportive learning environment and address students' developmental needs.

Organize and manage school-wide events, competitions, and initiatives related to life skills and extracurricular activities.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in life skills education and youth development.

Maintain accurate records of student participation, progress, and any interventions.
