Seeking Logistics Operations Manager (1-2 Yrs) for a Corporate

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Logistics Operations Manager with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Pharma background to oversee and optimize our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and timely movement of goods, manage inventory, and contribute to the overall supply chain strategy. This role is crucial for maintaining product availability and customer satisfaction within our retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the logistics and supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards for pharmaceutical and general goods logistics.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, sales, finance) and external partners (suppliers, carriers) to ensure smooth operations.

Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

Utilize B.Pharma knowledge to ensure proper handling and storage of pharmaceutical products, adhering to temperature control and safety guidelines.

Support the development and execution of transportation plans, optimizing routes and carrier selection.
