Seeking Machine Operator / Machinist (1-3 Yrs) for a Corporate in Medical Devices

Role Summary:
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Machine Operator / Machinist with 1-3 years of experience to join our manufacturing facility in Nagpur. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and precise operation of our medical device production machinery. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree, bringing a unique blend of operational understanding and management principles to the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain various types of machinery used in the production of medical devices, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
* Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and report any significant malfunctions to the maintenance team.
* Perform routine quality checks on manufactured products to ensure they meet specifications.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
* Maintain accurate production records and logs.
* Collaborate with production supervisors and quality control personnel.
* Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery as required.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
