Seeking Machine Shop Incharge / Supervisor (3-4 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for a diligent and experienced Machine Shop Incharge / Supervisor with a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our machine shop, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and leadership capabilities to manage a team effectively. The position is based in Gurgaon and is with a leading multinational corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of machine shop personnel, including machinists and operators.
- Plan and schedule production workflows to meet deadlines and optimize machine utilization.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and serviced.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to guarantee product standards.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods, and manage procurement as needed.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance and development to the existing team.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on output, efficiency, and any encountered issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the machine shop.
- Troubleshoot operational problems and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to review blueprints and specifications.
