Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer with 0-2 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. This role will involve supporting and optimizing our manufacturing processes within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, apply analytical skills, and contribute to improving production efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
- Support the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential quality issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards in the manufacturing environment.
- Contribute to process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality Control, R&D, and Supply Chain.
