Seeking Marketing and Communication - Other (2-4 Yrs) for a Multinational Packaging Company

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing and Communication professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of communication strategies within the packaging industry. You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing brand presence, and contributing to our overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.

Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content, tailored for the packaging industry.

Manage social media channels and online presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with target audiences.

Support the organization of trade shows, industry events, and webinars, including pre- and post-event communication.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the packaging sector.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.

Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and media relations activities.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives.
