Job Description
Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated individual with a Master's in Design (M.Des) and 1-2 years of experience to join our team as a Medical Record / Health Informatics specialist. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to improve the organization, accessibility, and usability of health information within our corporate healthcare solutions. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing workflows, information architecture, and user interfaces for health informatics systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and map existing medical record workflows and identify areas for improvement using design principles.
Design and prototype user-centric interfaces for health informatics systems, ensuring ease of use and data integrity.
Develop information architecture for medical record databases and health information exchange platforms.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions and gather feedback.
Contribute to the development of standards and best practices for health informatics and medical record management.
Assist in the implementation and deployment of new informatics solutions.
