Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Head with 3-5 years of experience, holding a B.Com degree, to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our product and service offerings within the Ports & Shipping industry, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of merchandising principles and a proven ability to drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify new merchandising opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure cohesive product and service delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize product assortment to meet customer needs and profitability targets.
- Monitor and report on key merchandising KPIs, such as sales performance, margin, and inventory turnover.
- Source and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
