Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising & Planning professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and be eager to contribute to our real estate development projects. You will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, managing product assortments, and optimizing inventory to support our sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of merchandising plans for various real estate projects.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
Support the planning and management of product inventory and its effective distribution.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project management teams to ensure alignment on merchandising strategies.
Prepare reports and presentations on merchandising performance, inventory levels, and sales forecasts.
Assist in vendor selection and negotiation for materials and services related to project merchandising.
Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities and inventory movements.
