Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mutual Fund Operations professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our finance team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and have a foundational understanding of mutual fund processes. This role involves supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our mutual fund activities within the broader context of our metals and mining business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operational activities of mutual fund processing, including trade settlements, reconciliations, and NAV calculations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to mutual fund operations.
- Support the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, compliance) and external fund administrators.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to fund transactions and holdings.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operations.
