Seeking Network (Support) Engineer (0-1 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Network (Support) Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree who is eager to learn and contribute to the smooth functioning of our network infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing first-level support, troubleshooting network issues, and assisting in the maintenance and enhancement of our network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for network-related issues, including connectivity problems, hardware malfunctions, and software issues.
- Respond to user requests for assistance via ticketing system, email, or phone.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose network problems, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues or bottlenecks.
- Perform routine network checks and ensure system availability.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve technical challenges.
- Gain hands-on experience with various networking protocols and technologies.
