We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Night Auditor / Manager with 2-3 years of experience to oversee our night operations. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and demonstrate strong analytical and managerial skills. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our corporate office during night shifts, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing any emergent issues. You will be responsible for auditing financial transactions, preparing daily reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of financial transactions and records for the day.
- Prepare and review daily financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve any accounting issues promptly.
- Oversee night shift operations, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage and train any junior staff working during the night shift.
- Ensure the security and safety of the premises during night hours.
- Liaise with department heads for any urgent matters requiring attention.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and communications.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
