Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual with an LLB degree to join our Non-Tech Support team. This role involves providing voice and blended support to our customers, addressing their queries and concerns related to our financial services. You will act as a primary point of contact, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing accurate information and resolving issues related to financial products and services.
- Understand and explain complex policy terms, loan agreements, and other financial documentation in simple terms.
- Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or senior team members when necessary.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Assist with blended tasks, which may include email support or other communication channels as required.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures.
