Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Nursery Teacher with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for young children, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional development through innovative and engaging activities. This role requires a blend of educational pedagogy and creative design thinking to make learning fun and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that align with early childhood education best practices and incorporate creative elements.

Design and create engaging learning materials, visual aids, and classroom decorations using design principles to enhance the learning experience.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn.

Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents/guardians on their development.

Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing positive reinforcement and guidance techniques.

Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the overall well-being and development of each child.

Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
