Seeking Oil Field Manager (0-1 Yrs) for a Startup

Role Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Oil Field Manager with 0-1 years of experience to join our growing startup team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to learn and contribute to the operational efficiency of our oilfield activities within the BFSI sector's support infrastructure. You will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and contributing to resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the supervision of daily oilfield operations, including drilling, production, and maintenance activities.

Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and company standards.

Support in monitoring equipment performance and coordinating routine maintenance.

Assist in managing inventory of supplies and materials required for field operations.

Collaborate with senior managers and technical teams to identify operational challenges and propose solutions.

Participate in field inspections and data collection for performance analysis.

Learn and apply best practices in oilfield management and operations.
