Reliance Retail is seeking an experienced Oiler with a strong understanding of legal frameworks, particularly in the retail sector, to join our corporate team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and hold a Master of Laws (LLM) degree. This role involves providing legal support, ensuring compliance, and assisting in various legal operations within our dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements relevant to retail operations.
Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant Indian laws and regulations, including consumer protection, labor laws, and corporate governance.
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues affecting the retail business.
Support the legal department in litigation and dispute resolution processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks.
Maintain and organize legal records and documentation.
