Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operational Risk Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and a postgraduate degree in any relevant field. This role will be crucial in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across our hotel and restaurant operations in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational risk frameworks and policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats and vulnerabilities within hotel and restaurant operations.
- Monitor and analyze risk incidents, near misses, and control failures.
- Develop and maintain risk registers and mitigation plans.
- Support the creation of risk reports and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a strong risk culture.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes impacting operational risk.
