Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Operations Consultant with 1-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing operational procedures and identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement new operational strategies and policies.
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant Indian laws, regulations, and industry standards, leveraging your LLB.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements, ensuring legal soundness.
- Liaise with legal counsel and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and legal compliance.
- Support the management team in strategic decision-making by providing operational and legal insights.
