HAL is seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving operational efficiency across various departments within the Defence & Aerospace sector. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of process optimization, supply chain management, and project execution within a complex manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed analysis of existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production, logistics, and supply chain operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of objectives.
Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track progress and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
Provide recommendations and support for process re-engineering, technology adoption, and best practice implementation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance and improvement initiatives.
