Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven and innovative Partner / Director with 1-2 years of experience to join our esteemed MNC in the TV/Radio industry, based in Lucknow. This role is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate who is eager to contribute to strategic growth and operational excellence within a dynamic media landscape. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify new opportunities, manage key projects, and drive business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic business plans for the region.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Support in managing partnerships and stakeholder relationships within the TV and radio ecosystem.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of content acquisition and production strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless broadcasting operations and explore new technological integrations.
- Prepare performance reports and presentations for senior management.
- Identify and evaluate potential new business ventures and collaborations.
