Seeking Patient Service Assistant (3-5 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Patient Service Assistant with 3-5 years of experience to join our esteemed multinational organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth patient interactions and providing administrative support within our healthcare logistics division. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of patient needs within a fast-paced environment. A background that does not require a graduation degree is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors, ascertain their needs, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or service.
• Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
• Assist with patient registration, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with medical staff and logistics teams to ensure seamless patient service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception or waiting area.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including patient confidentiality.
