Role Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll & Transactions Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll and managing various financial transactions. While the primary focus is on payroll and transactions, a background in design (M.Des) is sought to bring a unique analytical and problem-solving approach to process optimization and user experience within financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage and reconcile payroll-related transactions, including deductions, reimbursements, and benefits.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and analysis for management review.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and ensure prompt resolution.
- Support the finance team in various transaction processing activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll and transaction workflows, leveraging design thinking principles to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity and system synchronization for payroll and related transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll and employee data.
- Stay updated with the latest payroll regulations and best practices in India.
