Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated Plant / Factory Manager with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to oversee our manufacturing operations in Guwahati. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient production, quality control, and compliance with all relevant aviation and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day plant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production flow.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and aviation-specific safety protocols.
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure strict quality control measures are in place throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
