We are looking for a motivated Plant Performance Engineer with a B.Des background and 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for optimizing the operational efficiency and creative output of our marketing production facilities. You will be instrumental in analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze production workflows and identify bottlenecks impacting plant performance.
Develop and implement performance monitoring systems using data analytics and relevant software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, design, IT) to translate performance insights into actionable improvement plans.
Design and prototype tools or interfaces to visualize plant performance metrics for stakeholders.
Conduct root cause analysis for performance deviations and recommend corrective actions.
Stay updated with industry best practices in performance engineering and design thinking.
Ensure that all implemented solutions align with brand guidelines and creative objectives.
