Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Project Manager with a legal background (LLB) to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to gain hands-on experience in project management within the FMCG manufacturing sector. You will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of plant-related projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of project plans for plant upgrades, expansions, and new installations.
- Support project teams in managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Conduct legal and regulatory compliance checks for all project activities, ensuring adherence to Indian laws and company policies.
- Review and draft project-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and permits.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Legal) and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, escalating as necessary.
- Participate in site inspections and ensure safety standards are met.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
