Seeking Power Plant Technician (3-4 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Power Plant Technician with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and have a strong understanding of power plant operations, maintenance, and safety protocols. This role involves ensuring the efficient and safe operation of power generation equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor power plant operations, including turbines, generators, boilers, and auxiliary systems, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on power generation equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Adhere to all safety regulations, operating procedures, and environmental guidelines.

Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance activities, operational data, and equipment performance.

Assist senior technicians and engineers with major repairs, overhauls, and plant upgrades.

Participate in safety drills and training programs.
