Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with an MBA/PGDM to join our team as a Preschool & Primary Education - Other specialist. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with 0-1 years of experience who is eager to contribute to the strategic development and operational efficiency of our educational initiatives within the BPO sector. The successful candidate will support various aspects of educational program management and contribute to enhancing learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs for preschool and primary levels.
Conduct research on educational best practices and curriculum development.
Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops for educators and support staff.
Help in evaluating program effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Prepare reports and presentations on educational initiatives.
